General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all booking requests and stays at Casa 3 Lunas and Casa Chukum in Playa Agua Blanca, Santa Maria Tonameca, Oaxaca, Mexico.

2. Booking Requests and Booking Confirmation
A booking request submitted through the website is initially non-binding and does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
A booking becomes binding only once the landlord has confirmed the request and provided the guest with the booking details, including the agreed price and payment terms.
3. Guest Information
Guests are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when submitting a booking request. In particular, the number of guests and the requested travel dates must be stated correctly.
The accommodation may generally only be used by the number of persons agreed upon at the time of booking.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
The total price agreed for the stay will be communicated to the guest with the individual offer or booking confirmation.
The applicable payment deadlines and payment methods will also be provided with the booking confirmation.
In the case of individually agreed prices, the terms specified in the respective offer shall apply.
5. Cancellation
The applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated to the guest as part of the individual offer or booking confirmation.
If no separate cancellation conditions have been agreed, the applicable statutory provisions shall apply.
6. Check-in and Check-out
The agreed check-in and check-out times will be communicated to the guest before the beginning of the stay.
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
7. Use of the Accommodation
The accommodations are intended for private stays. Subletting or allowing other persons to use the accommodation without the prior consent of the landlord is not permitted.
Guests are required to treat the accommodation, furniture, and facilities with care and to leave the accommodation in a reasonable condition upon departure.
8. Damage and Special Incidents
Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay by themselves or by persons accompanying them, where such damage was caused intentionally or through negligence.
Any damage or other significant incidents should be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
9. Facilities and Special Information
Casa 3 Lunas and Casa Chukum are intentionally designed to be simple, authentic, and close to nature. They are not luxury accommodations.
Casa Chukum does not have air conditioning but is equipped with fans. Due to its open architecture and the local conditions, the accommodation is not wheelchair accessible and is recommended for children aged 14 and over.
Guests are asked to take the local conditions into consideration and to use all facilities and equipment appropriately.
10. Liability
The landlord shall be liable in accordance with applicable law for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
To the extent permitted by law, the landlord assumes no liability for personal belongings or valuables belonging to guests.
11. Changes and Amendments
Any changes or additions to an existing booking must be agreed upon with the landlord in advance and may be subject to availability.
12. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The applicable statutory provisions shall apply.
